Who’s Responsible For The Gun Violence In Brooklyn?

Brooklyn News - The segregated communities of Brooklyn have been plagued with unexplained #gunviolence #gentrification #pandemic #hatred and devastating deaths. Brooklyn, New York once known for its #Black purpose and #Black owned businesses is now in the middle of a war to change the power of what freedom means to children. Everyday by the hour the boiler plate headlines are flashing across cellphones about who has been injured or killed in the Bedford-Stuyvesant area of Brooklyn with the aid of a hand gun.
The psychological impacts on the New York Police Department has forced environmental and targeted racism against the African American communities who are already overwhelmed with forged gentrification, inequality issues, and deprivation of income due to the Corona Virus pandemic. The second class citizen who serves the Mayor of New York has lashed out against it's own community by not keeping written records of accountability for African Americans so that oral history and demented brain injuries are inflicted upon Blacks. News reporters refused to protect the First Amendment rights of the middle and poor working class citizens by not acknowledging change with the use of Media Justice in the Brooklyn area. Black media radios and innovated slavery whips are the new language for Black kids in Brooklyn today who come from broken homes where drugs, guns, shelters, and no love exist. The systematic slavery society for Whites in Bedford-Stuyvesant Brooklyn to enforce their vision of victimization and punishment using police force to view physical manifestations of hatred must end. Facial recognition technology to verify one's ID was banned in California as a Civil Rights violation due to the corrupt core of its purpose, yet California is forcing it's corruptions on New Yorkers to compare features for gun violence to suppress free speech media.
So who is responsible for the Gun Violence in Brooklyn if the banning of chokeholds was executed and enacted into legislation on July 2020? Is the City of Newark responsible under the Violence Prevention Act City Ordinance? Take a closer look at the innocent lives who manifested injuries by the hands of law enforcement for families seeking justice for the dead. Is the photo release for Broken Windows policing stemming from the Eric Garner chokehold event the problem? What about the issue coined from unquestioned housing? Who is the victim? The dead or the people that are living financially?
