In 2013, an economic injury was documented in the City of Newark, NJ and two Black women experienced hostility regarding the Four Corners of Newark.  The question to a White woman was "how are you getting home" and the response was a silent "workplace harassment" statement was made.  The point is workplace harassment on the basis of sex, race, national origin, religion, disability, age, and genetic information is prohibited under federal employment nondiscrimination law.  No matter if you are White of Black economic injuries do not always happen at work.  Whether harassment is the remembrance of a Public Figure Voice or a photography of another projecting violence towards a Public Figure, the point is an economic injury begins when a Consent Order is signed. Last September, the New York Post posted an article regarding the "Kill-Shelter Policy" which protest against Animal Shelters to stop killing cats and dogs.  The protest was taken to Gracie Mansion by 50 protesters to prove a "no-kill" organization existed.  The marchers stated that the animal shelters in Manhattan "perpetuated violence" by killing animals and does not encourage adoptions.
