Governor Kathy Hochul - Appointed Widespread 2-4 Inches of Rain Expected in Several Upstate Locations  with  More Than  6  Inches of Rain Possible in Parts of Capital Region, Mohawk Valley, and Southern Tier   Finger Lakes Also at Risk for Increased Flash Flooding Based on Several Inches of Rainfall Received Yesterday   New York Press Release  -   Governor Andrew M.
