Mo'Nique Speaks Black Hollywood + Fair Employment Protections

In 2013, an economic injury was documented in the City of Newark, NJ and two Black women experienced hostility regarding the Four Corners of Newark.  The question to a White woman was "how are you getting home" and the response was a silent "workplace harassment" statement was made.  The point is workplace harassment on the basis of sex, race, national origin, religion, disability, age, and genetic information is prohibited under federal employment nondiscrimination law.  No matter if you are White of Black economic injuries do not always happen at work.  Whether harassment is the remembrance of a Public Figure Voice or a photography of another projecting violence towards a Public Figure, the point is an economic injury begins when a Consent Order is signed.

Mo'nique's interview at the Breakfast Club raise a similar situation to this author.  Equal Pay and Gender Equality or a Boycott is necessary based upon my name and culture rights.  Sketching affirmative defenses and allowing employers to avoid liability will bring harm if proposed policies are not set in place.  Corrective actions must be taken when a offer is denied based upon merit.  Racial slurs, threats, and intimidation that affect the Nation's Workplace during Black History Month is a core objective in preventing discrimination.  Mo'nique Bravo, the author is behind the story for the Spoken Words began with the Consent Order to know a Black woman at a White Event on December 28, 2013, and why Black History needed to be relived based on the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act.
