Dominican Republican Designer, Lourdes Atencio (USA) presented her gorgeous A - line Spring Collection last night at the Couture Fashion Week New York Ballroom of the Crowne Plaza Times Square.  From A-Line to long-sheer-bare all to a woman's legs today is the story of the designer, Lourdes Atencio.   The catwalk will never be the same after watching a presentation by this designer.  The cat has truly been stolen this season by the world-class fashion designer, Lourdes Atencio.
