Man Killed In Richmond, California Identified As JaVonte Prothro, 29 of Hercules, California

New York City ~  On Monday, September 19, 2016, a single father of two went into Bayview Fish Market on 47th Street, Richmond, California to purchase his favorite Pineapple Fanta Soda before joining his brother for a Fishing trip.  Unfortunately, for this single father, JaVonte Prothro, 29, of Hercules, California, he never made it to the boat to join his brother.  As Mr. Prothro was exiting the storefront parking lot, a man, Dawaun Rice, 19, of Richmond, California, jumped right in front of Mr. Prothro's car and opened a round of bullets into the single father of two while he was behind his steering wheel.  Paramedics could not revive Mr. Prothro and he died at the scene just before 11 a.m..

The community of Richmond, California is demanding help in numbers from the Politicians, News Reporters, and Community Acitivists to stop the rash killings in their community by spelling out the Family Traditional name of JaVonte Prothro, 29, as "NuNu" in the street.   A Historical name giving to the deceased when he was a baby meaning "I have hunted with the tribe."  NuNu was loved by everyone in the Community of Richmond, California for where he formerly grew up before moving to Hercules, California.  His love for cars, being desirous, and enjoying the conquer on the Ocean of Fish, will name be partnered in the sea of community members as they speak his name outloud for support on what would motivate this type of homicide, according to Lt. Felix Tan of the Contra Costa County prosecutors office.  The community is also calling out the name of NuNu's auntie in New York who works as an independent Weather & Social Media PR News Reporter to assist with linking a possible motive to the fatal shooting at 1025 S. 47th Street, for this reporter has given stoken words to the Richmond Confidential about economic losses that my have possible ties to this case.

The public now has the killer in jail, but the Law under the name of JaVonte Prothro now begins for the puzzle of results driving this motivator to steal a man's life using GUN Violence to satisfy a possible directed request to kill.  No word as to when the next public gathering will take place, two public gatherings were at the Bayview Fish Market on 47th Street, Richmond, Calfornia demanding politicians and the second public gathering was yesterday at the Zion Church.

A Facebook page called "Remembering JaVonte Prothro" has been created to advocate to the public for their demands for help in their community crisis.  The "Violence Must Ceast."  The "Violence Must Ceast."  The store owner, of BayView Fish Market has posted a Community Board with JaVonte Prothro's name.  A possible second fugitive may still be at large.  According to the family, there were two shooters at the scene.
