How Does Oppression Affect Or Violate A Woman's Human Rights Today In New York City?

 New York City --  As talks are underway for the NYC Human Rights Law 819, has anyone taken a look at Title 8 of the Administrative Code of the City of New York, "Discriminatory Harassment?'  When a person interferes with one's freedom, liberty, or free exercise of religion under the First Amendment, to threaten, intimidate, or coerce a person (especially a person with a mobility disability), that person's rights have been violated under that constitution or laws of the United States.

The blogger wrote an affidavit on March 2, 2016, after careful examination of State of New York practices motivated by hate for an unaccepted condition to understand closer why a person of Honorable status would alienate or ostracize a vulnerable woman under the Commission on Human Rights to violate an order.  When such acts occur against vulnerable women or have been recognized by vulnerable women using recordings (medical errors, amendments to treat medically, identity theft, altering or depriving one of freedom's to practice their rights or privileges, discriminatory harassment with civil penalties state "No Person shall serve by force or threat of force, knowingly injure, intimidate or interfere with, oppress, or threaten another in the free exercise to enjoy birthright secured laws, including marriage.

To date, since February 5, 2014, there has been multiple violations in the State of New York against a 54-year-old woman who worked in the State of New York to voice constitution a violation of the laws of the United States and local laws of the city.  Not one voice has opened to support Governor Andrew Cuomo to set a disposition of civil penalties to recover corporation counsel under this chapter discussion/blog for payment into the general fund of the city.
Instructions for Filing, a Notice of Claim with the Corporation Counsel, City of White Plains, was solicited by the citizens of New York have failed to cease in the hundreds and thousands of dollars for each violation in a court of competent jurisdiction.
